What is Nocita?
Nocita is a long acting local anesthetic medication that is injected at the surgical site. It has a slow release over 72 hours to numb the surgical site during the most uncomfortable period after surgery. It is recommended for all orthopedic surgery and most soft tissue surgery.
It is the same as Exparel used in people.
